Extrusion system:screw: specially designed based on material's trait, High quality nitriding steel 38CrMoAlA,with nitriding surface HV≥800,brittleness≤2.Barrel: High quality nitriding steel 38CrMoAlA,with nitriding surface HV≥900,brittleness≤2.
Die head system:Accumulator die head, single cylinder, central injection, vertical fist in first out design, accumulator channel slick; slip parts like injection piston and cylinder made with different material and technique, work balanced and reliable.
Clamping system:fixed clamping system, double diagonal tie bar single cylinder central clamping, wider space for the mould, install and dismantle the mould easily, linear roll guide rail.
Hydraulic system:adopted proportional pressure controlling, with hydraulic valve and pump of Taiwan Yuken, balanced and accurate action, prolonged useful life, sensitive response.

FORSTEC also take responsibility to have debugging overseas, and Client abroad please sends invitation forward of time to engineer of FORSTEC, provides the engineer with round-trip tickets, accommodation, vehicle and $55 per day salary.
2). User Training
Before delivery, FORSTEC will take responsibility to indoctrinate technical training to the users so that they could understand the machine features and could operate the machine by themselves.
3). Warranty Period
The warranty period for FORSTEC machine is one year with a life long maintenance. If the user requires special quality guarantee, other stipulated warranty period may be made after mutual agreement.
