The principal function of Extrusion Press is to create objects of a fixed cross-sectional profile. Metals are pushed through a die of the desired cross-section at a controlled speed and temperature. This extruding process is achieved by means of hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic circuits controlled by a PLC system.
Aluminum Extrusion Press is one kind of the extrusion presses, which is mainly used for the extrusion of metals such as aluminum, magnesium, lead and their alloys. It is widely used for mass production of building, industrial, vehicle, airplane and other profiles.

WUXI YUANCHANG MACHINERY CO., LTD was founded in 1995, which is specially engaged in producing lines of non-ferrous metal extrusion press lines. Now we can produce more than 30 specifications in 3 major categories from 300T to 7500T, which involves aluminum, copper, magnesium, sliver and other non-ferrous metals.
Our products are widely used by both domestic and oversea clients. We have already exported to many foreign markets such as Australia, Argentina, Brazil, India, Japan, Korea, Syria, Turkey and other countries.
We have a 30,000 square meters' workshop, with more than 80 sets of processing equipment. We have been certificated by ISO 9001-2008, ISO 14001 and CE. We have capability to produce over 180 sets of press per year.
